A woman died after she was hit by an overspeeding car belonging to popular YouTuber Mohamed Irfan. Irfan’s driver has been booked by the police.
A 52-year-old woman died after she was hit by YouTuber Mohamed Irfan’s car at Maraimalai Nagar near Tamil Nadu’s Chennai on Friday.
The woman, identified as Padmavati, died after the car ran over her. The car belonged to popular YouTuber Mohamed Irfan, who was returning to Chennai from Thanjavur along with his family.
As per police sources, Irfan’s driver, Azarudeen, was behind the wheel when the overspeeding car hit Padmavati while she was crossing the road. The police have registered a case against the driver.
Mohamed Irfan runs a YouTube channel under the name Irfan’s view and posts food-related content and celebrities with interviews. The channel has nearly 3.64 million subscribers. He got married two weeks ago, on May 14.
