PM Modi, President Murmu, Leaders Extend Onam and Eid Milad-un-Nabi Greetings

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, and several leaders greeted the nation on Onam and Eid Milad-un-Nabi. The festivals coincided with Teachers’ Day.

PM Modi’s Greetings

On X, PM Modi wished peace and well-being on Milad-un-Nabi. He wrote, “Best wishes on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi. May this sacred day bring peace and well-being to our society. May compassion, service, and justice always guide us. Eid Mubarak!”

He also wished people on Onam, highlighting Kerala’s heritage. “Very happy Onam wishes to everyone! May this festival bring joy, good health, and prosperity to all. Onam reminds us of Kerala’s traditions and culture.”

In another post, he praised teachers. “Teachers’ dedication to nurturing minds is the foundation of a stronger future. Their compassion and commitment are remarkable. We also remember Dr. S Radhakrishnan, a great scholar and teacher, on his birth anniversary.”

President Murmu’s Message

President Droupadi Murmu also greeted citizens on Eid Milad-un-Nabi. She said, “On Prophet Muhammad’s birth anniversary, I extend heartfelt greetings to all, especially our Muslim brothers and sisters. The Prophet delivered a message of unity and service to humanity.”

She also conveyed her best wishes to the people of Kerala on Onam.

Rahul Gandhi’s Wishes

Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi wished people on Onam. He wrote, “Best wishes to everyone on Onam! May this festive season bring happiness, peace, and prosperity to all.” He also shared a video message on X.
